Costello 1 Hunter Costello Explanation English 1101 Mrs. Koontz 31 October 2011 Getting fit and in shape Many people these days are working hard to either lose weight or put on some muscle to get in shape. They exercise all year and do not understand why they are not the results they want or expected. What many people do not realize is they are going at it in all the wrong ways and focus on the wrong techniques and direction. This paper will push those people in the right direction to get the results they want and show them the right ways to do things. The first thing to have is a good health plan, a good health plan is one of the key factors in working out whether it’s losing weight or building muscle. Trying to get in to shape without a good health plan is pointless and a waste of time. Good health plans are different for each person in any situation, for people trying to build muscle and definition should have a meal plan consisting of protein, healthy carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, and plenty of water and
