Tony Dang Experiment 15 – Standardizing NaOH solution Schedule for the next few weeks : 10/27/09  –  Experiment 15 (*Today) 11/3/09  –  Experiment 16  11/10/09  –  Checkout and Lab Final Final Exam Review Session : I am running one on 11/5 from 2-4PM with Evan. You don’t have to come to  mine but you should try to come and ask questions on anything which you’re confused about Please read over experiment 16 early and ask any questions beforehand, I cannot help you at all next  week. Also please start looking over the material for the lab final Goals for today’s experiment : o Perform an acid-base titration of NaOH with KHP o Utilize end point indicators (phenolphthalein) to help ID end point in titration o Determine the exact concentration of an approximately 0.100M solution of NaOH to be  used in next week’s experiment Experiment Hints/Specifics : o
