It also introduces nonlinear regression, which will not be part of the final quiz. 4 Store24 (A): Managing Employee Retention In-Class Why does the CEO want to increase store-level employee retention? He believes that employee skills and experience are key drivers of store profitability. Is there any data to support the CEOs claim? The manager and crew tenure in the top ten most profitable stores was almost four times the level of manager and crew tenure in the ten least profitable stores. Isnt this data enough to prove the CEOs claim? We need to account for other factors that might affect store profitability.
