Sales People Salary We found that he currently does not pay his current sales force a sufficient salary. We believe that a mix of a flat salary and a commission will work best. This way we can receive the benefits of each type of pay type. All our salesmen will receive a base pay grade of $24,000 This is actually a higher base than they are already currently receiving They will be paid more because they will be a higher quality sales person Each sale will have a larger impact on the company so the sales people must be compensated as such. We will either go through a heavy retraining for our current staff or possibly hire an entirely new sales force that is more suited for our future plan.
