Unformatted text preview: lot of protein and carbs with a bit of fat. I havent taken protein supplements but I think I am getting bigger. I have been able to run for longer periods of time without getting as exhausted as I used to. I contribute that to all of the cardio and core training. Therefore I believe my workout is helping me achieve my goals. My workout is not the only way I can achieve my goals. I need to eat healthy and be conscious of my intake. If I want to build muscle I will eat more and get bigger but to stay healthy and active I must eat lean and be aware of what my body needs, like staying hydrated. Although I can stay lean because of my high metabolism, I cant rely on that forever. Therefore it is a good idea for me to start these healthy habits early and continuously meet my physical goals of staying active and building muscle....
