Evan Brown Code 1-B Hearing Barry Tolchin 7 December 2010 I came back to Miami from Cincinnati Saturday, November 13, 2010. I got back late that evening. I had no intentions of going out because it was so late. So I put away my laundry and everything else I brought from home. By that time I heard people talking and loud music so I stepped into the hall way to see who it was. It was Sammy Martillotta getting Nolan Polley to come into their room to do a dance that he knew pretty well. I followed them into the room. A moment later some girls came in and a little bit after that our R.A., Jeremy Zelis came in. Jeremy

Unformatted text preview: said he could smell alcohol in the room. He asked where it was at, and then Sammy and AJ pulled out empty cans from their desk. Both Nolan and I did not have any alcohol that night and we pleaded to Jeremy. We agreed to do a breathalyzer test to prove it, but he did not have the means to do so. Jeremy believed us and everyone in the room agreed that we had not been drinking and did not notice any alcohol in the room. This was a case where Nolan and I were in the wrong place at the wrong time....
