Unformatted text preview: Results Diffusion: Observations: When 15% glucose and 1% starch solution was added, the color in the dialysis bag was clear. After the iodine was added to the distilled water in the beaker, it became an amber color. Approximately 30 minutes later, the color in the dialysis bag had slowly changed from clear to a purple/violet color. The color of the liquid in the beaker remained the same amber color.
