LOG OFF BUTTON - valid attempt *Use Case ID: *Use Case Level: *Details: Employee can log off the system by pressing the log off button on his home screen. Actor: Employee (Store) Pre-conditions: 1. Employee is successfully logged onto the system. 2. Employee is not working on any orders. *Description: 1. Use case begins when an employee clicks on the log off button 2. Use case ends when employee is logged off and login page is displayed. *Alternative Courses of Action 1. In D.1, if the employee is currently working on an order, a pop up message will tell him to finish the order before he logs off. *Exceptions: 1. If the user is working on an order, he will not be allowed to log off. A messgae telling him how to correct the problem will be displayed 2 . In case of a database error, the user will be taken to a “General error on the server occurred ”. *Related Use Cases: 1 . Log off button – invalid attempt 2. Employee_cancel button Use case 3. Employee_complete button Use case 4
