Hello classmates, The class is beginning and this topic was very interesting.  Have a blessed week!      MLVTW (Marsha)     concentrate on its internal resources (i.e., project and program managers) in order to remain a most  its organization into a project based culture and in order to do that they must guide their more than  10,000 project managers into an environment that enables and promote world-class proficiency in  managing enterprise-wide projects.

AT&T aligned itself with the Project Management Institutes (PMI) standards and methodology and followed PMI’s five step process for successful project management. Communication and Training were also key and vital elements for providing AT&T success of the PMCoE. Even with a sizable environment, AT&T provided adequate training of its project managers in the rules and practices of PMI. AT&T established a formal Communications Management Plan, which promoted awareness of the PMCoE goals, products, and services. The results were astonishing. The AT&T PMCoE initiatives were achieved within budget and ahead of schedule. The project management community across AT&T is stronger and is an important and viable part of the organizations culture....
