Hello All, Summer is finally here! I am posting early this week. I am going on vacation for a few days and I needed to get this posted in time. I will be taking my laptop and will respond to everyone’s post as time allows. I pray all will have a great week. MLVTW (Marsha) Consensus Building is a strategy that involves everyone playing a role in the decision making of several alternatives within a project. It is a process used by a project manager in which the project team comes together to reach an agreement on a particular issue related to the project. The agreement/decision is not reached by voting, rather, the agreement/decision is reached through a compromise of the participants. This process is an excellent tool in project management. When a project decision is at a place where there is no clear-cut action, each member of the team must come together to reach an agreement on how the project should proceed. Each member should understand the issue/problem and each should contribute ideas and knowledge related to the subject at-hand.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
