Which PMLC does your organization use the most? Why do you think they use this module? Hello all, Hope everyone had a wonderful July 4 th weekend. The weather was wonderful here in Cleveland. We only have a couple weeks left for this class. I wish everyone the best on their final exam. Always, MLVTW (Marsha) There are 5 (five) PMLC (Project Management Life Cycle) models: Linear Incremental Iterative Adaptive Extreme I currently work for DFAS (Defense Finance and Accounting System) within the TSO (Technical Service Organization). Our projects “releases” tend to follow an approach that is a cross between the Linear Approach and the Incremental Approach. The Linear Approach is a simple model based on the traditional project management (TPM) methodology. In the Linear Approach, the project is completed in a sequential order (Scope, Plan, Launch, Monitor/Control, and Project Closeout. The Incremental Approach , is also is based on the TPM, but in this case each milestone/process within the project are released as they are
