1 Syllabus CHM 3120 Analytical Chemistry Summer C 2010 Location: BA 126 Days & Times: MoTuWeTh 10:00Am – 10:50 AM Instructor : Prof. Andres D. Campiglia Office : PS1 211 E-mail: [email protected] Phone: 407-823-4162 Office Hours : Thursdays from 2:00 to 4:00PM. Course Content: This course will focus on quantitative aspects of chemical analysis and chemical equilibrium. The topics covered in the course will include, but will not be limited to: errors and the treatment of analytical data, titrimetric methods of analysis, gravimetric methods of analysis, acid-base equilibria, redox equilibria, complex formation, solubility, photometric and potentiometric methods of analysis.
