Ankit Patel 11-28-10 Professor Maguire 2Pm Class Boring? Maybe! Classes can be boring at time. The room warms up, the voice lecturing you drones on, and you find yourself falling asleep. When a class has spark more students will take them. One class that I've taken comes to mind. Physics brings back a lot of memories for me from last year. I'd recommend this course to anyone. For people that haven't taken Physics, they should take it for the challenge it brings, the information you learn, and the amount of fun you'll have. First off, you shouldn't take Physics if you have a weak stomach. The class will whoop you if you're not prepared. My first experience with Physics certainly challenged me. I got D's on my first few quizzes and thought about giving up. My teacher, Mr. Warren, told me I'd be doing a disservice if I dropped the course. “This is a hard course, don't be discouraged by the material. I know you have the potential to do well in this course.” The course stayed hard, but the words Mr. Warren spoke stuck to me like glue. I progressed through Newtonian Mechanics like walking through barbed wire. The concepts drilled and fixed themselves into my head with every problem I solved. I reached a point where Physics made sense. I conquered one of the hardest subjects taught. I felt fulfilled, and I recommend Physics for that.
