I went to the Forrester website and typed in the name of the article and it was the first article that popped up in the search results. The first change the author talks about is that more and more people are going online every year. This will lead to more things being bought online, and more money will be spent by companies to advertise and make online shopping more convenient. The second change he talks about is that people will soon be able to start buying things on their ipads and smart-phones, making which web browser you use to shop irrelevant. Another change Walker talks about is that website designers wont just be able to build a simple website for sales anymore. Since companies are starting to sell item through smart-phone applications, websites will have to account for this and will be much harder to write.
