Surname 1 Student’s Name Professor’s Name Course Date Discrimination-Racism and Xenophobia Introduction Human beings have complicated and created many problems for or against other human races other than their own. It is so foolish of some people to consider themselves as being better or unique than the others based on race and sometimes natural hate for people originating from other parts of the world. We often forget that we were of the same kind even before the color of the skin distinguished and divided us. Martin Luther King Jr. in pursuit of fighting segregation in "Tackling the three Evils." (Hostetter 8) confidently stated that he was confident that there was progress in the breakdown of legal discrimination but doubted if some segregationists were going to let go of this evil act. His worries still hold decades later as the world is again divided based on race. The story of Brown V in the Discriminatory intent and the taming of Brown by (Strauss and David A 935) expound well on the more significant cultural behavior of discrimination based on race and xenophobia as my artifact. A Supreme Court in the United States, 1896, declared that there be should be equality between the whites and blacks, but there was to be a separation of the two. This was a case of legal separation of the different races where bus waiting areas, restrooms, water source areas all belonged to different groups of people. A story for Linda Brown, who was a black was required by law to attend school for the black's six blocks away from her home undergoing dangerous encounters like railways when there was a school for the white near her home. Linda's father, Oliver Brown, fought against this act of the cold-heartedness in the Supreme Court. He cited that the separation of the students in
