The Right to Privacy - Covers o A right to birth control and other contraceptives. o A (regulated) right to choose to have an abortion. o A right of consenting adults to engage in sexual activity of choice, including homosexual sex, in the privacy of one’s own home. o Does not yet cover: An individual right to die (states can establish bans on causing or aiding suicide) Where does the right of privacy come from? Is it in the constitution? - Technically doesn’t exist in the constitution.
