An English language class usually will occur during the school day and is instructed by an English language instructor. An ELL student will benefit from this class to learn and understand the English language.

Planning a diverse curriculum. Installing a diverse curriculum will not only benefit the ELL student but will also involve all of the students in the classroom. Supply English/other language dictionary/translator for the ELL student and teacher. Having a dictionary/translator with benefit the ELL student, teacher, and parents to understand each other clearly. Classroom and homework assignments in both languages. Supplying classroom and homework assignments in both languages will help the ELL student be able to complete all assignments (Axia College, 2005). Extend time for the ELL student.
