Waste of time will caused through this. After the Joining workers finish their job, they still have to wait another 25 minutes for the Prefit workers to finish their job. To solve this problem, we can add workers to the Prefit and Ornament parts, so the average working time of each worker in these parts will be closer to the number of Joining, and thus reduces the waste of time. This method can also contribute to the improvement of the capacity of stitching department and reduce the bottleneck....
