Bianca Guerra-Ramirez History 1302 Monday, June 21, 2010 The Industrial Growth America had a huge Industrial Growth in the late 1800’s, historians agreed that the Industrial Growth was one of the most important events in history, and truly it was one of the events that marked the United States of America completely. Factors that promoted the Industrial Growth in America were the industrial process, the expansion of transportation, and the advancement in technology. No matter how many years had passed since the Industrial Growth started, today in the twenty first century the entire world has confronted and developed numerous evolutions. The industrial process itself refers to a change from hand and home production to machine and factory. The division of labor made both unskilled and skilled labor more productive, and led to a rapid growth of population in industrial centers.   In 1846, Elias Howe created the sewing machine which revolutionized the manufacture of clothing.
