Sheet1 Page 1 Chapter 3- Infectious Diseases: passed through pathogens, which are germs like bacteria and  viruses. Spreading, Conditions to spread are 1) The Pathogen is there (the person has it) 2) There is enough to infect (it's not harmless bacteria) 3) It has to have an entry into your body 4) You have to be susceptible to it Blood splashing into your eyes, or by touching it directly = transmission Bleach is usefull in cleaning up blood. You should clean blood ASAP. Consent, A conscious victim can accept or refuse care. .. 1) who you are? 2) what training you've had? 3) The care you'd like to give? If unconscious, the concent is implied. Good Samaritan laws will protect you, if
