ACTIVITY: CHOOSING TECHNIQUES THAT WORK FOR YOU The Stress Management Checklist you just completed includes numerous ways that have been found to be effective in managing stress. Review this list and identify those you think have the most relevance to you. That is, which of these techniques do you think are feasible for you to employ given your lifestyle, interests, and needs? Now place that list aside. You will come back to it shortly. There are many other ways that people have found to manage stress. So as not to be limited in your options, interview at least three other people who, in your opinion, seem to have the stress of their lives under control. Ask them the following questions: 1.
