FACTOR IMPORTANCE SATISFACTION Your health Your physical appearance Your occupation (e.g., job, school, homemaking, child raising) Your ability to deal with people Your relationships with friends Your relationships with family Your sexual relationships Your spiritual life Your ability to handle problems Your financial condition Your leisure activities (e.g., hobbies, volunteer work, exercise program) Your accomplishments Your overall adjustment to life SCORING* Multiply the point value you assigned for each factor on the “Satisfaction” rating by the point value you assigned for its corresponding “Importance” rating. This gives you a “weighted rating.” Next, add the point values of all the weighted ratings and divide this sum by the average “Importance”
