Michael Short 05-15-10 IRD Final Paper Outline A Suburban Life of Stereotypes Introduction o Describe my life being one of limited racial integration Particularly with Latinos o Discuss common attitude toward Latino immigrants in my suburban environment o Detail my personal interactions and experiences with Latinos through: Competitive soccer Friend’s Landscapers Friend’s mother Film, Television, Radio, Music, Sports o Thesis: Something about how ant-Latino Racism and negative ideas and connotations about Latinos can form in a society basically completely excluded from any significant Latino population.
