EXAM II will cover selected material about plate tectonics, tsunamis, and volcanoes from the following chapters: Chapter 2: Plate Tectonics and Physical Hazards You have already been tested on Chap. 2 but remember that many of the hazards in Chapters 5-7 are directly associated with tectonics, faults, and plate boundaries Chapter 5: Tsunami: The Great Wave Chapter 6: Volcanoes: Material, Hazards, and Eruptive Mechanisms Chapter 7: Volcanoes: Types, Behavior, and Risks The exam will consist of multiple choice and true/false questions. Scantron (bubble sheets) will be used for this exam. You should plan to bring several pencils to fill in your answer (I will not be providing pencils so make sure to bring your own ). You will have the entire 1 hour and 20 minutes to take the exam. I would recommend being familiar with the key points and questions from review sections that are located at the end of each chapter. You should be able to answer most of these questions that relate to what are in the lecture notes. I will only be testing from my lecture notes, parts of the book that were
