LITERATURE EVALUATION TABLE2Literature Evaluation Table: PICOTSeveral research works have shown that there is a strong correlation between stress levelsand the outcome of the patients. One of the factors that have been directly linked to stress levels among the working staff in outpatient settings is the shortage of nurses who are expected to be attending to clients visiting the hospital's outpatient setting. The shortage of nurses has been attributed to the leading cause of burnout and stress. Hence, this causes undue stress to the outpatient staff. Also, it increases the risk of harming the patient and the resultant effect of nursesleaving the profession, thus causing a severe impact on the existing nurse shortage problem.CriteriaArticle 1Article 2Article 3Article 4Author, Journal (Peer-Reviewed), and Permalink or WorkingLink to Access ArticleSenders, A., Sando, K., Wahbeh, H., Peterson Hiller, A., & Shinto, L.
