If you lack the prerequisites for this course, you should not take it. It’s difficult for me to envision a scenario where it would be a good idea for someone without this background to take this course for credit. However, if you lack the prerequisites and want to stay in the course, please speak to me and I will consider it. Auditing: If you are an official UGA student then you may audit the course with or without the prerequisites. However, you must officially register as an auditor rather than just sitting in informally. Evaluation: Grades will be based on (5 or 6) homeworks (50%), a midterm (25%) and a final (25%).
