Victoria Sachs Group 3 1) Define Ethics: I would personally define ethics as a set of moral standards a person uses to decide right from wrong and to make decisions about their conduct. 2) Define Leadership: Leadership is being able to take charge of a group of people when necessary but also being able to help others to improve their personal leadership skills. The best leaders are able to create more leaders. 3) Define Ethical Leadership: Ethical leadership to me is making executive decisions
