(e.g., credibility, likeability, argument strength) - Relevance is being used in that the audience is members of the work force that deal with early mornings. - The ad and company are most likely credible because they are in the business of selling caffeinated drinks. They probably know their coffee and what they are talking about. 4) Which route does this ad use: peripheral, central, or a combination of both? How do you know? - This ad is using both peripheral and central persuasion. It is central persuasion because it requires higher thinking for people to respond to the fact that they want to be more put together and productive in the mornings. It
