Targeted ABET learning outcomes are: 1. Students learn analog modulation techniques: AM, QAM, VSB, FM. (Criterion 3(a)) 2. Students learn the complex-baseband model for signals and channels. (Criteria 3(c),(k)) 3. Students learn digital modulation and demodulation, including inter- symbol interference, matched filtering, phase shift keying and quadra- ture amplitude modulation.
