Adam Pescatore Object Speech How does this object represent me? This is just a simple red stool that my mom bought when we were living in Japan. I like it so much because I can fit it into a backpack and take it anywhere I need to. I have used this stool at the beach to sit next to the fire, at my brother’s soccer game to sit on the sidelines and watch, and in my home just to sit on when I am bored. This stool represents me because it came from Japan, and that is one of the many places that I lived in as a kid. My dad used to be in the military and my family would move almost every year to a different place. We stayed in Japan for three years and my brothers and I had a great time playing with all the neighborhood kids. When I look at this stool it reminds me of that time. Another thing about the stool that I like so much is the simplicity of it. It is one of the simplest forms of a seat imaginable, besides a square block maybe. It is just two rectangular frames that can be folded in to make it flat and easy to
