May I know yournames?Disputant 1: Disputant 2:Mediator: Before we commence the session, here is how mediation works. I amhere to try to help you come up with your own solution to your problem. I will not takesides and am simply here to help the both of you come up with a solution that willsatisfy you both. There are seven rules to be followed. The first rule is you both haveto be willing in solving the problems through mediation. The second rule is that onlyone person talks at a time. If you think of something you wish to say and it is not yourturn to talk, write down your ideas on this piece of paper. Later when it is your turn totalk, you can share it. Also, the third rule is there should be no name-calling or put-downs. Rule four is you both need to tell the truth. So far any questions?
