Personnel Within The Surround we expect to employ an array of well trained and experienced workers from the greater Knoxville area. Below are descriptions and expectations of the jobs that we expect to fill at The Surround: 1. General Manager (1) – the general manager is responsible for the overall survival of The Surround. This person is responsible for cash flow and ordering any materials that The Surround will need. Our general manager will need a strong managerial background as well as a name in the Knoxville community. 2. Assistant Manager (3) – The Surround will need to employ three individuals with previous management experience in a bar or music venue. These managers are responsible for booking the acts as well as managing our money. Because of this, our assistant managers must be connected with the music world and have an understanding of the music industry. 3. Bartender (6) - someone who is well trained in the art of mixing spirits with a personality suitable for The Surround. All bartenders MUST have their ABC liquor license before we employ them. 4.
