Part 1 I try to go to the gym as regularly as possible. However, it’s not always possible because of time constraints and other priorities. I also find that during exam preparation periods my health is given a very low priority because of greater time constraints. My current activity regime is not enough to grow in strength and cardio but it is enough to maintain my physical fitness. When I visit the gym, I begin with a 5 minute run for approximately 1000 metres. I move on to weight training and I complete exercises that I feel like doing on that particular day. Most of my regular activities are listed below: Bench Press – 155 lbs. – 8 reps – 3 Sets Incline Press – 125 lbs. – 8 reps – 3 Sets Decline Press – 135 lbs. – 8 reps – 3 Sets Dumbbell Press - 35 lbs – 8 reps – 3 Sets Lateral Pull-Down – 130 lbs. – 8 reps – 3 Sets Cable Rows – 145 lbs. – 8 reps – 3 Sets Dumbbell Rows – 45 lbs – 8 reps – 3 Sets
