Exercise 6-5 ….This is an exercise I started back on April 7 th ; but just now getting around to posting. The exercise asks us to create an application to allow a program to be password protected. The user is prompted to enter his/het user name and password. When submit is clicked the user name and password is checked and a second form is opened if they are correct. The application is not quite complete. Note that take no action is the test for a~z or 0~9 characters fails. I will leave it to the reader to complete this coding. Start Program Code Imports Microsoft.VisualBasic.ControlChars _______________________________________________________________________ Public Class frmPassword 'NOTE: on execution after UserName is entered, execution shifts to 'Sub txtPassword_TextChanged which is used to mask the password. 'txtMask sits on top of txtPassword and hides it so characters can 'not be viewed. Private Sub btnCancel_Click( ByVal sender As System.Object, _ ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles btnCancel.Click Me .Close()
