Before
trying
this
meditation,
I
 was
super
stressed
and
anxious
about
the
load
of
work
I
have
this
semester
 and
my
uncertainty
about
sticking
to
my
major
and
about
my
financial
 situation
and
a
lot
of
things
at
the
same
time.
When
I
tried
this
meditation,
I
 felt
relaxed
and
focused
on
my
breathing,
I
felt
that
I
exist,
I
felt
my
body.
All
 my
negative
thoughts
were
put
away
and
I
only
focused
on
my
breathing.
This
 meditation
helped
me
a
lot
to
relax.
After
finishing
it,
I
felt
a
lot
more
relaxed.
 My
thoughts
were
less
dispersed
and
felt
a
lot
less
stressed.
 I
would
definitely
do
it
again
and
try
other
meditations
especially
that
these
 past
days
are
very
stressful
for
