As you follow the rules you set up for yourself, this assignment should allow you to move in ways that are unfamiliar to you. I am offering one method, which will satisfy the intent. If you come up with a different method you want to try, that's great; just consult with me first. You will need a stop watch. 1a. Make scraps of paper each listing one of the following durations: one second, two seconds, three seconds, five seconds, eight seconds, ten seconds. 1b. Make at least fifteen scraps of paper that list a movement by name: e.g. limp, run, walk, fall, sit, jump, twist, travel, shake, hip swivel, stretch, slide. ..
