How an international Bank will react on the financial crisis? Financial crisis is the toughest time to get through for every bank. Not only small banks but even bigger banks perish due to the financial crisis. The question appears how we can secure the bank from a default during financial crisis. Let us pretend that we are a manager of one of the banks that operates in several countries. What is our reaction going to be if we see the global economy declining? Securitization is one of the possible solutions. You need to make sure that your bank will not be a subject of fraud during these difficult times. These are my suggestions of how it is better to keep your bank through the financial crisis: Do not write bad loans. Banks should exclude all of the loans that seem to be unsafe. Probably, the student loans will fall into the category of unsafe loans because due to statistics only 30% pay for the loans in the first 5 years after college. These years can be worth of the existence of your bank. Extend working hours.
