Finally options will be discussed, like profit sharing and stock options. Which one is the better option for Xcel to implement? Well that would have to be up to the organizations management after conducting an analysis of the situation. Review/Analysis of the Case Xcels management conclusion to switch to merit pay system instead of paying for suggestions is actually a good decision for their organization.
