This experiment introduces the multiple uses of the FPGA programming and how  it can be used with the Digilent Basys FPGA board.  Pin assignments were made on the  FPGA and the board was programmed so that a counter could be run using Verilog  code. Introduction The FPGA board was used for this experiment. The board combines the Xlinx  Project Navigator to allow for a program to be put within the Project Navigator  downloaded to the FPGA board.  This experiment requires the production of a counter  and that a counter would cause a LED to blink every 1 seconds when the SW0 switch is  on.
