Correction Worksheet **Print this document for test corrections** You struggled on a test. And while I (and probably you) would have preferred that you would have learned and understood the concepts better before the test, I look at your performance as another opportunity to learn the material… I’ll even make it worth your time and effort – I am willing to raise your grade BUT you MUST meet certain conditions (read them carefully…): You must correct every problem/question that was incorrect (yes, even partially correct problems/questions must be fully corrected) AND every answer must be correct! These corrections may require a lot of writing. Please use the table provided, but follow the example shown below. Making corrections is an open-book, open-note, open-question learning opportunity – use the textbook, ask questions, check your work/answers, ask more questions, etc. For each question missed, you MUST do four things… 1. You must rewrite the question before you answer it.
