When constructing a sentence, put
the emotion in the first part of the
sentence in the past tense (must
be imperfect to be an emotion),
use que, change of subject, and
then put the second verb in the
past Examples Me alegraba de que nosotros
miráramos la obra de teatro.
Tú esperabas que ella
cambiara su ropa.
