Steps to identifying Risk Status: 1. Determine if client has a known/diagnosed cardiovascular, pulmonary,  and/or metabolic disease (defined in Assignment #2) 2. Determine if client exhibits any major signs/symptoms suggestive of  cardiovascular, pulmonary, and/or metabolic disease (scanned Table 2.2) 3. Determine how many positive and negative coronary artery disease risk  factors your client has (scanned Table 2.3) 4. Identify clients risk status as “low”, “moderate” or “high” risk (Table 2.1  below or scanned Figure 2.3). 5. Determine exercise testing and testing supervision recommendations  based on risk stratification and what level of exercise intensity the client can
