Nicholas Connolly ACC 321 Dr. Rubin 1/19/11 Reflection: Bob Moritz- Pricewaterhouse Coopers Bob Moritz, the U.S Chairman and Senior Partner for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, had a very inspirational story to tell because he is basically a rags to riches story. He was the first person in his family to go to college and he has made most of his success all on his own. He spoke about how business around the world has changed drastically and he encouraged us all to go abroad if we get the opportunity because we can learn just as much if not more by visiting other countries and seeing how they live and do business. Mr. Moritz stressed the importance of being a good leader in the business world. Without good leadership, a business cannot operate properly and is bound for failure. Also, he spoke about how leadership has to change and those leaders cannot isolate themselves when running a business because interacting with others is the best way to lead by example. Business has become so complex that the only way to deal with the complexity
