Nicholas Connolly BLS 465 Dr. Meyers 09/12/2011 Assignment #4 Personally, I would choose to hire the 55-year old embezzler who stole to care for a very disabled sick husband over the recent Miami graduate with no experience for an internal audit job with no money handling responsibility. My main reason for my decision is based off of experience, which cannot be taught in any classroom by any professor. Experience is a very valuable quality to have because it speaks volumes for itself. The 55-year old has roughly 30 years more experience than the 22-year old Miami graduate which is why I would hire her. Also, for the recent Miami graduate, it is unclear what he/she would do if he/she were to be put in that situation so that unknown variable helped me choose the 55-year old woman. Kohlberg’s moral hierarchy explains that there are three levels of moral development, preconventional morality, conventional morality, and postconventional morality. Within the three levels there are six stages and Kohlberg says that, “ Different
