Nicholas Connolly BLS 465 Dr. Meyers 08/29/2011 Nicholas Connolly ’s Eulogy 100 years old, I can honestly say I did not think I would make it this long, especially after my four years at Miami. But in all seriousness, looking back on my life, I can say I am very proud of some accomplishments, and there are things I wish I could have done a little differently or better. Life is an amazing gift and to make the most of it in everyway possible was my goal in life. I remember instances where I would just pause no matter where I was and look around, taking in my existence and why I was so lucky to be where I was. One phrase that always stuck in my head ever since I was a young boy was “life goes by fast, so make the most of it”. Now although that phrase is very true, it had some negativity to it, because that phrase sometimes became an obsession. Special moments in life like graduations, births, deaths, marriages, and birthdays were looked upon as this one special moment that won’t happen again so make sure you take a good mental picture. Sometimes I did, and other times I didn’t, but overall I am glad that my motto to life was that short little phrase. My best and favorite accomplishment I had in life was helping to create my smart
