Nicholas Connolly FSW 281 Ms. Daugherty 11/22/2011 CDC Observation #3 When I got to the Child Development Center, my group was just about to leave to go outside a play. I was lucky enough to be able to observe the same two children each time, which was a great learning experience because I picked up on certain behaviors that I most likely wouldn’t have if I observed a different child each time. It was a nice sunny day on October 25 th around 4:00. The children are allowed to play from 4:00-5:00 as most of their parents pick them up after they get off work. The boy I was observing was very energetic as he was waiting to go outside and play. So energetic that he began to run around the room with one of his guy friends and they began to play with the blue balls that were sitting in the corner of the room. The boys were quickly told by their instructor to put the balls back down where the got them and to get back in line. They complied right away and got in line just as the group was heading out the door. The boy normally rides the bikes
