Application of Theory Ecological Perspective- the emphasis is on: the inter-relationships between individuals and the contexts in which they reside AND The reciprocal, interactive processes occurring between context. Mesosystem linkage between two or more settings that contain the individual -Exosystem linkage between two or more settings in which 1 does not contain the individual but that has an indirect effect on the individual. -Macrosystem the overarching, larger societal system in which the individual is embedded. The overarching pattern of the of micro, meso and exosystem characteristics, of a given culture, sub culture, and context. - Chronosystem the individual in relation to a specific time in history (historical time)
