Simply typing in “legalization” brought up a number of good sources including www.mjlegal.org , www.legalizationmarijuana.com , http://economics.about.com/od/incometaxestaxcuts/a/marijuana.htm , http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/demand/speakout/index.html , and http://drugpolicycentral.com/bot/topic/legalization.htm . These sites give a bunch of information about the legalization of marijuana, and they cover both sides of the issue. There are a great many books written on this, as well as loads of background information in any set of encyclopedias.
