Introduction The people that work at Apple Inc. have done a great job over the best decade or so creating electronics i.e. computers, mp3 players, cell phones, and most recently an item know as a tablet that have been in a success in society. With the inventions of the iPhone, Macbook, iPod, desktop Macs, and most recently the iPad, and Apple TV, Apple has become one of the most successful electronic companies in the current market. It seems as if Apple has set a standard for competitors and always seems to be one step ahead in the competition. This past year has been no exemption to Apple’s success; in fact it was probably one of Apple’s most successful years. With the release of the iPad, iPhone4, and the iOS4 cell phone software leading the way for Apple’s success, the world is wondering what Apple will bring in 2011. Body Before the discussion on the products Apple released in the past year begins, this section is going to take a dive inside Apple and some of the people behind the success, and the amount of money Apple has made in the past year, and a very slight history of the company. Apple was founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, along with a wave of other firms trying to enter the world or home computer electronics. In 1985 Jobs was forced out of the firm and was seemingly in exile for about a decade until his return to Apple in 1997. Upon his return to Apple, Jobs added an operating system he had developed at another company into Apple’s Macintosh computer. In 2001 Jobs introduced the iPod and there have been over 10 million sold to date(Cruishank). In
