PF Chang’s Leadership - 2 - After watching the two videos regarding PF Chang’s leadership and management, I stepped away with a new respect for the company. I was saying to myself I want to work there and how come more CEOs and organizations work the way PF Chang’s work. Discuss why the leader's personal involvement is key, and how a manager at P.F. Chang‘s creates organizational commitment among its workers . It seems that with every level of leadership at PF Changs there is a great amount of personal involvement. From Rick Frederico the CEO to a restaurant manager. Rick gets involved in taste tests to help either introduce new items or to strengthen the already strong and popular dishes they offer to their clients. At the restaurant manager level these leaders are holding pre shift meetings and finding out how their staff is doing and to motivate and encourage them to have a good day.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
